Terms of Rental

Free parking place, using of the internet, heating, electricity and gas, linen, towels, soap, dishwashing detergent, and final cleaning are included in the rental price.
Pets are allowed only on request.

Check-in is possible from 2pm. and departure before 10am.

Rent is charged per apartment, with extra charge for additional persons (more than 4).
To mak reservation confirmed, an advance payment of 25% of the rental price, or minimum of one-day rent,  is requred. In case of cancellation up to 30 days before date of arrival, the deposit is returned. In case of cancellation within less than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit is not refundable.

Advance payment can be paid to our bank account or via PayPal.
The rest of the rent is paid upon arrival.
Upon arrival 100 € refundable  deposit may be charged as a cover for damage caused in the apartment during your stay. Deposit is to be paid in cash, and will be refounded at departure if there is no damage to the equipment and furniture.

This property can be used exclusively for accomodations of the guests. Only the customers who have been registered on arrival can sleep in the apartment. The apartment is not to be used for activities which do not comply with  Croatian laws.

During the use of  flat house rules and the right of neighbors in peace and privacy must be respected.
